Playoffs Prediction

So I'm going to go on a limb and make some early playoff predictions...

West

Chicago vs. San Jose

East

Philly vs. Washington

Stanley Cup

Chicago vs. Philly

I'll go with Chicago again for the victory.

I think I would agree with the Chicago vs. Philly final, but I disagree with the San Jose and Washington predictions.  I can see SJS going out in the first round, and Washington the 2nd.

Not really sure what I base that on, just a hunch.

East:

Boston vs. Philly  - I know they're 1-2 right now, but I really like the Bruins for the playoffs and there isn't another team that inspires any confidence for me right now, so I'll go with Philly.  I'm concerned about their goaltending, but they'll have a chance with 3 solid lines that can score and great D. 

West:

Vancouver vs. Chicago

Final:

Boston over Vancouver

really?  you see Vancouver going deep?  I don't know what it is about that team, but I just can't see them going deep.

I never had any confidence in either Boston OR Vancouver in the playoffs before, but I just have a feeling about them this year...

Vancouver will choke.  Chicago is too deep in Vancouver's head. 

I think Boston is unreal and a crazy deep team just like Philly but I think Washington is coming on strong and I think the scary part is when Ovie gets going and 'wants' to play...and that's where he is right now.

Ok so ideally with the teams that will most likely make the playoffs I would love to see:

Philly vs. Tampa
and

Chicago vs. Vancouver/LA

That being said, I don't think it'll happen.  And I will stick with my Cup prediction of Philly vs. Chicago.
